🧑‍💻 You will:

• Work to maximize liquidity and trading volume on the platform
• Drive transaction volume and platform adoption
• Provide clients exceptional service from onboarding to matching orders to driving transactions to close
• Learn about the market for pre-IPO securities, including its history, market dynamics, participants, nuances, and the role of Augment in bringing liquidity to a traditionally illiquid and offline market
• Prospect and engage potential customers through old-school phone calls, targeted email campaigns, and personalized outreach efforts
• Innovate on outbound sales campaigns
• Qualify inbound leads
• Develop and grow relationships with accredited individual investors, institutional investors, and private markets brokers
• Provide market insights and oversee the whole transaction process end-to-end
• Work with our product and tech teams to increase accessibility and liquidity in a traditionally old-school industry
• Collaborate with our execution, operations, legal, and executive teams to drive successful outcomes for our clients
