This is not a traditional back-office legal role. As Augment’s in-house “deal attorney”, you will support the launch of the Robinhood for private markets as the primary architect of productizing the structuring and execution of private market transactions.
This is a hands-on, commercially driven role at the center of the business. While your primary focus will be transactional work, you’ll also gain broad exposure to the legal and regulatory framework of a fast-growing, highly regulated fintech platform at the intersection of transactions, product, and regulation.
