Augment is building the Robinhood for private markets and we need someone to own the vibes. As our first dedicated vibe marketer, you’ll work directly with the CMO to create moments that people actually want to engage with. That means short-form video, livestreams, memes, events, Twitter/X banter, and ideas that make investors, founders, and operators stop scrolling.
This isn’t a by-the-book marketing role. It’s about shaping culture around pre-IPO investing and making Augment a brand people talk about. If you’ve ever been called “terminally online,” if you can spot a meme format before it peaks, and if you can turn market news into something people laugh at and share, this role is for you.

🧑💻 You will:
- Own Augment’s “vibe stack”: short-form video, livestreams, memes, social posts, and IRL activations.
- Create real-time content around private markets news and culture.
- Build a steady flow of ideas that can be shipped fast (before they get stale).
- Run experiments across Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and community channels.
- Brainstorm and produce live activations: events, livestreams, AMAs, collaborations.
- Turn complicated pre-IPO topics into content that’s approachable, funny, and worth sharing.
- Push creative boundaries while staying aligned with brand voice and compliance guardrails.
🧑🔬 You’d fit in well if you:
- Think in memes and can ship them quickly.
- Are “terminally online” and fluent in both internet and professional speak.
- Love trying things that make people say “wouldn’t it be cool if…” and then making them happen.
